INOWAI now has nearly 65 employees spread across 8 business lines: Office Agency, Retail & Industrial Agency, Residential Agency, Capital Markets, Valuation, Property Management, Design & Build, Rental Management.

For several years, Compagnie Foncière La Luxembourgeoise has been supporting INOWAI in the growth and development of its activities. A union of strength and skills for greater expertise and an ever more efficient customer service.

In 2022, byld S.A.R.L. was established with the primary goal of enhancing our operations within the group.
As part of our strategic expansion, we have also acquired a majority stake in COCOONUT S.A.R.L. This initiative aims to enhance our 360-degree service offering and drive the development of our activities to better meet the needs of our clients.
