Be ready for the interview

Are you interested in applying to join the INOWAI group and want to give yourself the best chance? Here are some tips to help you prepare for your interview, which is a privileged exchange with the recruiter. May luck be on your side!

01.

before the interview
  • Consider logistics: address, recruiter’s name, traffic, transportation, parking…
  • Prepare a professional outfit, being appropriate, neutral, and well-groomed.
  • Research the INOWAI group: its roles, values, and current events…
  • Prepare your CV and optionally a cover letter. Review the job posting you applied for and consider why the company would choose you over another candidate. List your strengths related to the position.
  • Update, create or enhance your profile on professional social networks: be mindful of photos and posts.
  • Prepare relevant questions.
  • Set your watch and be on time.

during the interview 
  • You need to convince the recruiter that you are the right fit for the position.
  • Appearance matters: the first impression is always the most important!
  • Turn off your mobile phone.
  • Your speech should be structured and coherent, remain concrete and factual.
  • Pay attention to your posture, verbal and body language, and be enthusiastic.
  • Take notes.
  • Ask questions.
  • Be yourself and be confident!

  • Thank the recruiter(s).
  • Be patient.
  • Learn from your experiences.
